Former Employee Things have changed significantly since I began my time here. Lots of changes in the org that limit potential earning for AE’s. They have also introduced way too much too quick which has led to AEs being run off their feet with changes, doing lots, but very little, well.
Need big changes in the org structure to make sure everyone is set up for success long term and for evaluations to be more strategic.
