Have been here for 5 months, the ramp process is generous and rewarding, but there is a clear struggle for fully ramped reps to hit quota.

My experience thus far has been a mixture of positive and negative. While hubspot’s product and culture is strong, the organization of account ownership, distribution and management makes it challenging to hit the ground running and build a quality territory
