Current Employee This is an amazing product that's moving in the right direction.
Unfortunately the leadership see the staff as a number. A few bad months and you are out the door, regardless of tenure.
Its not a positive place to work and is similar to a sweat shop environment. Please don't consider joining this company. It gets worse on a weekly basis.
The targets are completely unrealistic, unless you're one of the reps who seem to be handed more opportunity than the others.
It isn't a fair competitive landscape as many know how to game the system.
