Former Employee Lots of leadership changes between EOY 2024 and BOY 2025 that seem like a good change. Leadership is listening to rep frustrations, focused on decreasing rep attrition, and trying to use AI / tech to make reps lives easier. They also will set up time with you for development which is awesome.
Same still goes though: it's a daily hunt for the best accounts 24/7, super competitive internally between reps, and sometimes combative. Sink or swim.
Fully remote makes it even tougher to get ahead if you aren't in good kahoots with high performing reps or a manager who was formerly a rep.
Leadership wants you to succeed so the comp plan is set up for overperformance. Just be ready to prospect, hawk accounts, and work a lot. Don't regret my time here but it will burn you out if you aren't efficient / careful with your time. Browse Other Reviews
