Current Employee I joined HubSpot because it had a reputation for having great culture. This either changed or was never true. It’s an activity based role where you’re constantly at threat of a PIP unless you perform. Managers for the most part only care about your performance. If you love to work long hours, it’s a good spot. Otherwise, avoid.
