Current Employee Very poor experience at hubspot the last couple of years. It was a great place to work previously.
Busy work, micromanagement, and constant forecasting instead of leadership investment in development. Quotas are too high for the demand, attainment has plummeted.
In my experience, no real effort to keep the best people around. Churn and burn environment. Reps, on average, seem unhappy at hubspot.
