Downhill. No marketing, very little inbound. Leads routing does bot work. A few reps outperform the plan (have their connections), the vast majority struggles.

Great training and support all around. There are really great people that work here that really want you to succeed and promote. The promotion structure is super transparent and achievable. I don't think there is a better place to start off your sales career.
