Started in June, very busy role but great team and culture in small biz UK. Enablement is light but great ramp and really helpful team with new leadership driving both execution culture. Looking at these reviews yes there are challenges but difference here to my previous company and other companies out there, is Hubspot really listens to us and tries to fix things. Really glad I picked Hubspot, best product market fit out there and there are a lot of genuinely good people working on making improvements on what we ask

HubSpot as a company is the best of the best. When push comes to shove, it's a monthly quota and things turn transactional really quick, depending on where you're sitting towards quota.

I think HubSpot is a great company and I really enjoyed my time there, but they had a monthly quota for their Corporate (Enterprise) sales team which makes no sense when the average sales cycle for that team is 3-5 months. It started to get really bad when the economy plunged this year and one bad month would put you on a PIP that kept extending month after month...Read More
