HubSpot has a lot of potential. The product is amazing and so is the marketing. My coworkers are amazing amazing and I am thankful to have worked at HubSpot to meet them! However I believe that the leadership in the sales org promotes burnout. The quotas are very high, and most people are still ramping. They continue to hire and have not trained their new managers well

First year in 2022 was great, lots of transparency, culture was amazing. 2023 : layoffs happened, culture and workload took a toll. Sales reps are very pressured. Customer centricity was no longer a priority.
