Over hiring leading to less to go around. Need to work on segmentation and moving up market if they want to succeed longer term. Feels like we’re going that direction and things will change in 2026 but time will tell until something is done. Good people still

Hitting quota is very hard. Mostly cold outbound. Doesn't feel like there are many opportunities to move up unless you are an insane top performing rep and that's very difficult.
