The pay is very high for the SDR org and inbound flow is good. You also have some solid managers. However, middle-senior management has lost a lot of flexibility around remote work and become trigger happy with layoffs which has created tension.

I have mixed feelings because there are high highs and low lows. Extremely smart people, some great leaders and great products but they are under marketed and customers have a preconceived perception of IBM.

Job as decent and paid well for me because i was only 2 years out of college. Not a lot of leads are coming in for IBM cloud products. Training is pretty good but you have to go and seek help and learn on your own.

The products were very good, and many people within the company are extremely smart. Many customers however did not know what the company offered, and there was not a lot of inbound.
