Current Employee IBM covers a very wide range of software solutions, primarily positioned in the middle of the pack compared to its competitors, rarely positioned as a top choice for customers. Owning enterprise accounts with long standing relationships and/or customers who own legacy IBM solutions is the only way to reach quota attainment. Roughly 20% of reps realistically attain quota.
