My overall experience at IBM was fantastic, with a name that stands the test of time. Overall the pay was great, culture was driven, and the company name is what brought us to the table on multiple evaluations, RFP, and mid market to enterprise deals. I would recommend IBM to any one.

Tough place to live as a hunter. This is a farming organization with no real sales culture, minimal organizational direction. Everything is focused around delivery and farming the top 100 accounts. GTM folks are expected to be billing time to client.
