I think the managers and sales reps at IBM are all working incredibly hard but there is zero support from above. Trying to sell IBM Cloud infrastructure within a squad model when there is zero incentive for other lines of business is a tough mission. Good people, but cloud infrastructure is not a priority for the C-levels at IBM.
