People have been incredible. They want to support new hires. They want to build a culture they can be proud of. This is a large/wide industry so overlap in departments is an important way to win. Some product lines are more competitive than others, but in the right area you can find great success.

My overall experience hasn't been great. Being part of an IBM acquisition is difficult - lots of pressure to deliver numbers to achieve IBM's ROI on the acquisition and not a ton of inclusion in conversations with customers.
