Decent place to start a career. Can get really good coaching if you land a good boss. Lots of corporate structure prevents explosive growth, but also keeps people moving/achieving even when the situation isn't ideal. Good inbound due to brand recognition.

Incentives hugely depend on the targets set out. Currently there are annual quotas, therefore if the quota is irrealistic it you will earn low all year long while they keep trying to achieve the unachieveable.

World class training program, below average pay for industry. Achievable compensation structure for but base salary was based off of a pay band system which was based more on seniority and business unit rather than results.
