Comp structure is misaligned with incentives. Quarterly bonuses are based solely on quota attainment, with no commission on individual sales and no adjustment for quota size. Reps with larger quotas tied to bigger deals receive the same payout as those with much smaller quotas and easier attainment goals, creating an uneven rewards system.
