My overall experience was atrocious. Leadership was not trustworthy, constantly changing directions, only valued ensuring they achieved their financial goals each month. Treated people like commodities.

Insight has a good base compensation but leadership does not know what they are doing. Recent changes have lowered ICR and raised OTE, making it significantly harder to make good money.

When it comes to compensation, the base salary is very low. However, this is due to the segment of the market this company is in. The commissions should make up for the low base salary. You may have a higher earning potential than most tech industries.
