Great company, awesome culture. Pressure low depending on manager. Residuals is what keeps sususful folks and if they continue with the low pressure they will continue to keep folks, because the solutions is highly competitive with lots of no control outcomes. Many new folks will take 1.2 years to sell soemthing while they built their pipeline.

Terrible leadership in my office. There are no set territories or guidelines for accounts. Just cold call and knock on doors to reach customers. This a better job for an older professional with a large personal network.

Insperity has struggled the last year. The opportunity for residuals is the main incentive, as well as set up fees. Each office has its own culture. Turnover is significant.
