Former Employee Intuit put my on a PIP 8 months into my tenure, so I'm a little biased. That said, I would recommend avoiding this role at all costs if you're an experienced AE/AM (3+ yrs experience). Consider it only if you're breaking into tech. The G2M strategy for the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) was a disaster (Hired 75 Account Managers in 2024) as the company started pushing out the highest earners at a rapid pace and replacing them with much more junior reps, to do the same job for much less pay. The VP of Sales left for a competitor less than 1 year into the role and the amount of MICRO-MANAGEMENT from leadership is unlike anything I've ever seen. Management treats Account Managers like this is their first job out of college. A lot of rah-rah, smile and dial, pump up music vibes. That said, they provide no feedback and manage you based off how many key words you say in your calls that are all recorded via GONG. They will grind you down, and then replace you with someone who's willing to take the role for less money. Be cautious if you're considering an AM role at Intuit. Browse Other Reviews
