I feel like they actually care and even though base comp is lower I feel better because they aren’t some bloated VC backed company that will lay you off with no remorse. They really care. As a queer woman I’ve felt accepted and haven’t had any negative experiences in the sales department.

Sales leadership was changed and people stopped hitting their quotas. Products were released that were not fully ready or wanted. Over all in the end the experience was not good.
