Phenomenal culture I love them. Makes me want to come to work as a gen z . I feel like they actually care and even though base comp is lower I feel better because they aren’t some bloated VC backed company that will lay you off with no remorse. They really care. As a queer woman I’ve felt accepted and haven’t had any negative experiences in the sales department.

Very bad! They don't have any training, no ramp up time and leadership preaches accountability, but they are never held accountable. Leadership is still trying to tell the difference between their butt and their elbow.

Just a horrible experience, terrible market fit with no innovation or data driven decisions from leadership. Fire,ready,aim and repeat. Incredibly frustrated place to be in sales.
