Former Employee Great on the outside, rough on the inside.
Top notch TA team and first rate selection/hiring process. Pay was decent - about market average. Product is good and incrementally getting better.
The Culture? Micromanagement (management distrusts employee ); quiet firing (to avoid the "best places to work" image hit of doing 'honest' layoffs); employees mock/insult terminated former colleagues in team meetings; rampant and unpunished lead stealing; forced RTO; they followed the federal government's lead in flushing DEI - and the few POCs they did have - out of the company.
