Overall great place to work with engaging work, but since going public leadership has become out of touch with what CSM's are doing and what ACTUALLY drives retention and net upgrades. The role is now skewed more towards admin, documentation, and forecasting vs. actually working on strategy with customers. This seems to be a fear based move from leadership to meet metrics for WallStreet.

The product is great, almost innovating too fast to keep customers up to date but the fast sales motion doesn't provide a good customer experience or service.
