Current Employee The advertised OTE doesn’t carry much weight. The proof is in the numbers — only one rep reached full annual quota last year, and projections for this year suggest maybe two or three might get there.
The culture places far more emphasis on things like office costume contests than on supporting reps in actually attaining quota or earning what they were told they can make.
Day-to-day, the AE role operates more like an SDR at most companies, with the added challenge that you’ll be fortunate to generate even a single demo per week. Expect micromanagement and an obsessive focus on dials. Smile and have fun, they're watching.
Inbound leads have been drying up. The company keeps bringing in large groups of new AEs in the DC office, and leadership decides who gets what with no transparency as to how and why.
The environment is loud and performative. Constant cheering, bell-ringing, and gong-hitting are baked into the daily routine. The office is always noisy and a bit frantic. Maybe that's your jam.
If you’re used to exceeding targets and being rewarded accordingly, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’ve never hit quota before, you’ll blend in just fine. Browse Other Reviews
