Overall positive, though I’m definitely not making what I expected. There’s high turnover on the SDR side. If you’re considering the AE role, you can probably earn more in a customer success position at a few other companies in the same space AND work remote.

My overall experience has been alright. I believe the people who worked here fa few years ago most likely had it better then me. Ever since Vista, there has been a few uncomfortable changes.

Great, until Vista Equity Partners purchased KnowBe4. This place is not worth working for at the current moment, everything that was once good has been stripped down and the pay was literally decimated by new Comp plans that are impossible to decipher.
