Great, until Vista Equity Partners purchased KnowBe4. This place is not worth working for at the current moment, everything that was once good has been stripped down and the pay was literally decimated by new Comp plans that are impossible to decipher.

Every rep is doing poorly here, even the ones at the top. High achievers are leaving in droves — we lost 5 reps and a director this quarter alone. The upper leadership and new comp plans are very disappointing. We’re all, not exaggerating, ALL interviewing at other places right now.
