Every rep is doing poorly here, even the ones at the top. High achievers are leaving in droves — we lost 5 reps and a director this quarter alone. The upper leadership and new comp plans are very disappointing. We’re all, not exaggerating, ALL interviewing at other places right now. And yes, the rumors are true — the top positions/promotions and even the round robin system favors the Scientologists…we’re just not allowed to talk about it.
