Whereas SMB AE quota attainment prior was around 60%+, it is now consistently below 20%, more like 15%. This is a result of tripling quota over night without making any other adjustments to lead flow or rep opportunities.

Veteran reps hoard leads or if they are part of the “club” seem to get better leads. Base compensation is incredibly low and the bonus structure is almost unattainable monthly. While lowering overall earning potential, they also cut off sections of the sales (I.e. upsell/cross sell) and changed market definitions to make them smaller.
