Poor understanding of the market from higher ups, low compensation, new comp plan has us working harder for higher quotas and making less overall. Promotions feel like they are far and few between. Over promise to their employees and under perform.

knowbe4 is, for the most part, a great company to work for. Things have changed due to a recent acquisition and our pay is no longer competitive.

Decent experience thus far, a lot of changes but most of all a fair amount of misdirection. Sales leadership increasing quota w/o the amount of leads to go around. Same reps keep on getting lucky with the marketing round robin while everyone else struggles.
