Former Employee4.0Oct 26, 2023My overall experience with KnowBe4 was amazing. Loved the people I worked with, immediate supervisors and support staff were top notch. Things changed a bit when company was taken private. Benefits were cut and the energy changed. They are still going through some changes, and I know they will figure it out. Nothing but the best wishes for them all.

Current Employee1.6Oct 6, 2025It’s been disappointing. The sales cycle is longer and we’ve been forced to learn an inbound and outbound email security tool (Egress-that we acquired) and it doesn’t even work. Low compensation + longer cycles = underpaid employees. Stay away.
