Return to office policy hit while Execs are at their vacation houses. Good people in the company, but the pay is not worth it. People in Tampa can barely survive off the pay.

I know it's easy to read that and roll your eyes or think you can break the mold but hear me out: when I left, it was normal for only 2-3 reps out of roughly 30 in SMB AE to hit quota per month, and the people who did were barely squeaking by.
