Quotas are unattainably high. I know it's easy to read that and roll your eyes or think you can break the mold but hear me out: when I left, it was normal for only 2-3 reps out of roughly 30 in SMB AE to hit quota per month, and the people who did were barely squeaking by. The pay is insultingly low. You don't have to look too far to figure out where all the money's going, but it sure isn't making it to the employees' pockets! Great product, it's just too bad that management has ruined everything else about the place.

My overall experience was neutral. KnowBe4 is a good company but it has rapidly changed in many ways.
