Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Heart is there and they have a good product, but honestly their GTM strategy as it relates to the sales team is inefficient and frustrating. Do not prioritize high-quality lead sourcing or cleaning and managing their data which leads to an outsized amount of time spent on admin and cleaning leads. There are no SDR's so the Account Executive positions are really glorified SDR positions - this is clear even in the training which focuses primarily on prospecting and less on product or industry knowledge.
