Slowly rolling back compensation, OT and benefits while increasing expectations and trying to squeeze every last drop of water from the stone.

Former Employee2.3Nov 12, 2025Great, until Vista Equity Partners purchased KnowBe4. This place is not worth working for at the current moment, everything that was once good has been stripped down and the pay was literally decimated by new Comp plans that are impossible to decipher.
