There is a lot of ongoing change internally with a new CEO, and recently the CMO and CRO both left. The product is solid, and better than the competition, but deal cycles are slow for the ASP.

Sales reps get blamed for terrible pipeline built but its more related to product than reps (some of whom are very high quality).
