Been at LD for about a year now. Joined as part of the new wave of GTM leadership. Company has always had a stellar product, and is now getting really good at its GTM function from top to bottom. Some issues to work out, and sometimes process feels overly heavy for our size but consistently the quality of people seems high, and work quality is getting better. Some silos remain, and hopefully by the time you read this, they'll be smaller than when I wrote it.

Great product. Customers love it. Competition is starting to catch up. Company is building out its product suite and the message is resonating with customers. TBD on how well the new products are able to be monetized. Company has lots of people in leadership positions and may take another year or so for the products and messaging to take off.

- Product market fit is just not here in the UK (and US most likely). Companies do not have budget for these tools - Culture extremely poor. Sales reps get blamed for terrible pipeline built but its more related to product than reps (some of whom are very high quality).
