there has been a lot of change here and some decisions on hiring and firing that have put a lot of pressure on a rep to succeed. The product itself is best of breed but has no marketing push or buzz about it. I think the challenge is that the product is a jack of all trades so the spread of relevance is broad and thus very light touch on each segment across a small marketing budget. Our other competitors have been all bought up by bigger fish and rolled into larger strategic conversations.

Good product for large immature enterprises, unlikely to win deals with more advanced orgs, solid financials. Operating quite inefficiently on the sales side and over hiring. Unlikely to be prepared to weather any downturn at current rate.

The culture here has changed dramatically. Edith, the founder and CEO would not recognize this company anymore. Gone is the diversity, inclusion, or feeling you are supported. It is high pressure, high turnover, figure it out on your own culture. You never know where you stand. Constantly blind layoffs to make the CEO appease the board.
