Overall the experience here has been good. The company is investing in marketing, sales training, and tools to support the team. Product is first in it's class, albeit in a niche offering. Biggest concern is that comp plans change not only year to year, but within the same year. Each year management says they're looking forward to congratulating the first $1MM W2 seller. Based on the TAM, territories, ACV, and comp plan...this is mathematically impossible. I just wish they would stop saying it.

Great company. Good work/life balance & comp plans. But plenty of change across last 1-2 years in efforts to setup company for next phase of growth. Market leading product but need to build out additional SKU to increase ASP/LTV for customers to maintain position.
