Great company. Good work/life balance & comp plans. But plenty of change across last 1-2 years in efforts to setup company for next phase of growth. Market leading product but need to build out additional SKU to increase ASP/LTV for customers to maintain position. Strong recent recruitment across various positions, including senior leadership, in recent quarters. There is a varied level of confidence in direction of company across the org but showing signs on trending in the right direction.

Going from a phase 1 to phase 2 company is challenging, and not for everyone. Great opportunity for AEs that are comfortable augmenting inbound revenue with outbound efforts, not a good fit for AEs that just want to rely on inbound/expansion deals.

Leadership shifting goalposts each quarter, constantly changing the way the platform is priced which is confusing customers. Focus on outbound pipeline but a lot of fake pipe being added by AEs as that's what management cares about.
