bad leadership. bad culture, bad everything. maybe good for employees working tiny deals in tiny accounts. high turnover. company figuring things out. everybody was paranoid about being fired.

My overall experience was moderate. They gave us all of the tools to be successful minus the business development/training. The business is cut-throat, things changing constantly for quota. Not enough training and development for such a technical product.

Experience wasn’t great. Bad leadership in emea. All they care is about themselves with the majority being white make. Many people leaving and churn is impacting reps and SE’s. E.g if you close a 100k deal and a churn happens at 100k. Nobody gets paid.
