My overall experience had been fairly positive - it’s just like any other corporate role. You are in charge of your own career. If you’re willing to put yourself out there and network properly and strive on doing your best vs. making excuses, you can certainly excel. Great product, solid leadership, quotas can suck someone’s, but it’s sales.
