Former Employee Very partner heavy organization so if you are not interviewing for that team you will never get enough pipeline. SDRs were incentivized to set fake meetings or meetings with current customers. Entire Enablement team that rolled out prospecting motion for outbound team was let go. Product is good enough but UCaaS is a highly commoditized market. Private Equity owned company so layoffs can happen at any time. Was laid off less than a year into the role as part of restructuring to moved back down market. Would not recommend this company unless you are a very tenured rep with book of business you can bring over. Browse Other Reviews
