Since raising quotas and adjusting comp plan, not a single seller in the entire org is tracking anywhere near their full OTE. Entire teams are selling less than 1 persons' quota.

Great benefits, health care stipend, monthly self care days. Product development was slow and push products that weren’t ready for market. Upper Management only cares about themselves.
