It's a good place to work but it's tough to hit your number. 90-95% of deals over 5k are customers reaching out and requesting stuff. You are essentially at the mercy of your book.

My overall experience was great. Lucid has a great product with a focus on product development. They are prudent with their money/GTM strategy. They are very fair with employees and gives everyone the opportunity to succeed. Very forgiving and holistic about their approach with Sales reps.
