The market is evolving quickly. Medallia needs to demonstrate that it can keep pace to win new logos and retain existing ones. There is still opportunity to win and make good money here, although probably less than 5+ years ago.

Lots of executive turnover and mixed direction. Leadership says we’re the best, but it’s hard to see when most reps aren’t hitting quota and deals are barely moving. Great overall company but my onboarding experience has been terrible! The training they do have is irrelevant to a sales role and they can't seem to retain any sales operations staff.
