Current Employee3.7Jul 22, 2025Love the company, team, and culture. Compensation can be great, but they restructured quotas in April 2024. Since then, quota attainment has been incredibly low. ~5-8 reps hit quota per quarter out of the ~45 Mid-Market Account & SMB Account Managers
