Meltwater is active in a very competitive market, has a good product, but misses some essential features and licenses to have a great competitive advantage in the Benelux region. The company seems especially suited for starting sales employees, as Meltwater offers dedicated training to teach new recruits all the basics in sales.

Terrible experience. Very low base, shady sales tactics and terrible management. Need to hire qualified managers and not sales people who complete 1 year. Forced to work on weekends and full tech stack not provided.
