my overall experience is not pleasant. Microsoft is focused on trying to sell copilot. by paying off a large amount of people and still maintaining a profit in various business sectors.

It was honestly a great place to work. I'm very proud of my time at Microsoft. The biggest problem with the company is that there is an overall lack of organization, which causes too much overlap in the different divisions--I think this is a large part of the reason why we had so many layoffs--many positions were essentially duplicated, etc. Also, much of the...Read More
