Former Employee4.4Jan 3, 2024My overall experience was fantastic, even though I had four managers in less than two years. The last manager played favorites and was blatantly obvious about it. The skills of the manager to be able to constructively coach was non-existent. I would go back to being an AE again should the opportunity arise.

Men with less experience and skills are being promoted over women with greater skills. There started to be an emergence of a Good ol boys club when pressure set in.
